The Billing Clerk will be responsible for the following:
- Manage all billing for utilities
- Answering customer questions regarding bills
- Assisting with setting up customers in online payment portal
- Collections of outstanding payments
- Reconcile accounts receivable accounts
- Assisting with the month-end close activities
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements for the Billing Clerk include:
